PLEASE NOTE: Cut off dates for age groups are player's current age at June 30 for the following Summer Season and December 31 for the following Winter Season.
Commencing Tuesday, January 29th
Team Managers will be asking all players whether they intend playing next season. We particularly want to know players who won’t be playing the Winter season so they will not be invoiced.
Friday, February 8th
Registration renewal invoices will be emailed to all players who stated their intention to play.
DUE DATE: Friday, March 1st - Registrations Close on this day !!!!!!!!!
Registration payments must be received by the close date Friday, March 1st. Any unpaid invoices will be cancelled and these players will not be registered nor placed in teams.
PLEASE NOTE: existing players who do not register and pay BY THE DUE DATE will not be included in the initial formation of teams. Players registering after the close date will only be placed where team spots are available, if any. WBA have a strict closing date for submission of teams, therefore we will be forming teams strictly based on the registrations we receive BY THE DUE DATE.
If none of your contact details have changed and you have no additional information to include with your registration, then to complete your registration all you need to do is to pay the renewal invoice emailed to you. Payment instructions are on the invoice.

New Players and Players from Past Seasons
All new players and any existing players who do not receive an invoice will need to complete an online registration (this includes players from past seasons who are not currently playing). The form will be available from Friday, February 8th. The live link will be visible in the right hand column of this page.
New players can order a uniform on the online registration form and pay for it along with their registration fees. The uniforms will be distributed after the teams have been announced (Players will be contacted individually and will be able to try uniforms for sizing).
NOTE: there is no manual registration form.

The teams for Winter 2019 will be announced at the Club's Presentation Night, which will be held at the Solway Primary School Hall on Saturday, (TBA), 2019.
The teams will be up on the Solway Basketball Club website the week after Presentation Night. Also listed will be the coach of each team, as well as the training day, venue and time.
In the following weeks the Team Manager of each team will email the whole team list and contact details to their team. Subsequent venue, game time and court information can be located at the Waverley Basketball website www.waverleybasketball.com, though Team Managers are likely to provide that to you as well.
